We have a long way to go when it comes to rebuilding our relationship with Europe – that’s something that the UK has done a great deal of damage to over the last few years.
However, the areas which have made this relationship important in the past also provide ample opportunity for the EU and UK to work together and become closer again. From security, to trade, to migration, there are so many substantive areas we can work together in as we look to build a closer relationship and begin to think about what our shared future might look like.
