Despite the assurances, we are leaving the Erasmus scheme and in its place a student exchange programme called the Turing Scheme has been established by the UK Department for Education . Our expert panel will debate whether this is a lost opportunity or a fresh start for young people in the UK, with an opportunity for the audience to ask questions.
