Attacking Regional Inequality: The Right Brexit Response

The Brexit vote in 2016 was a kickback against a system which does not work for most places in the country. But Brexit will only make this mass inequality, correctly identified, worse.

Instead, we must take sharp and radical action to fix regional inequality. The alternative is to say that the country was doing fine on this front on this front on June 22nd 2016. It wasn’t. We need to use the wake-up call of the Brexit call to rally round and take the long-needed steps this country needs.

At this event, we’ll discuss how.

This will be the first event of our Remain and Reform project, which is aiming to provide the space for the conversation on what the remain and reform should look like. You can find out more about Remain and ReformĀ here.
