Settled Status After The Deadline – What Happens Next?

The deadline for Settled Status is 30th June 2021. But what happens next?

We know that, for many EU and EEA citizens, challenges are likely to continue after 30th June. There are significant delays in processing applications and fears that many vulnerable people will miss the deadline. But this issue has wider implications for all of us in term of the approach to citizens’ rights, the implications of the ‘hostile environment’ approach to immigration, and the end of Freedom of Movement.
