DESCRIPTION:The Court of Session – the highest court in Scotland – has found that Boris Johnson’s suspension of Parliament is unlawful. On Tuesday 17 September\, the Supreme Court – the highest court in the UK – will hear the case. \nJoin us from 0800am outside the Supreme Court to Defend our Democracy\, uphold the rule of law and oppose the suspension of Parliament. \nThis could prove to be the most important rally yet. If the government win this case\, it will set a precedent in which our Parliament and elected representatives are reduced to subjugates of the executive. We cannot allow this to happen to our Parliamentary democracy
